The former Bata Industrials complex is seven buildings totalling roughly 250,000 square feet on the outskirts of the Dutch city of Eindhoven. Aloka (then called Heritage Properties) purchased the complex in 2016 and built a team of local partners who each shared the vision of a mixed-use development for light industrial, craftsman, artists, coworkers, and mixed-use office.

Today, C’park Bata has been rebuilt, modernized, and revitalized into a well-known and respected mixed use community, having produced positive press and attracted more than 90 tenants, many of whom signed up during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tenants include marketing firms, local craftsman, software engineers, plenty of freelancers, and a soon to be completed global headquarters for Bata Industrials. Most new tenants report a sense of community as one of their main reasons for choosing C’park.
